About The Sunshine Coast

The Sunshine Coast is a truly beautiful, unspoiled area north-west of Greater Vancouver, making it one of the most desirable places to live in British Columbia.

Although technically part of the mainland coast, the Sunshine Coast feels more like an island. No roads connect to the mainland, it can only be reached by ferry or by air. With over 2400 hours of sun each year, it is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors.

With almost 30,000 residents, the Sunshine Coast is loved by both tourists and residents alike. Whether you are looking for a place for vacation or somewhere to call home, there is sure to be something to meet your needs.

Gibsons, Roberts Creek, Sechelt, Halfmoon Bay and Secret Cove are just some of the unique areas of the Sunshine Coast, each offering a unique way of life. Significant effort is being made by architects, developers and builders to preserve the Coast’s natural beauty.

No matter where you spend your time on the Sunshine coast, you are sure to find your own piece of paradise.
