The market is on the move and you are wondering what to do? Thinking of upgrading your home now is probably the best time. We are seeing some modest movement in home prices and there is still a fair bit of inventory on the market to choose from.  Currently if you price your home at or slightly below market value will attract the interest of Buyers and may result in multiple offers. So if you find the perfect house and want to make the move price it right and the perfect house will by yours.

The Sunshine Coast is still the best neighborhood in the Lower Mainland and the best value.
