Sunshine Coast Detached listings

111 Detached sales for June.  There are currently 575 detached listings on the Sunshine Coast. This is down from month in which there were 605 detached listings, for the same time period last June there were 739 detached listings. Detached sales year-to-date ending June 30, 2015: 344 sales, in 2014: 290 sales; in 2013: 253 sales, and in 2012: 277 sales. The current market's hot price range is between $301,000 and $400,000 with 116 sales occurring in this price range. With the current sales pace, this represents a 10 month supply of listings.

Sunshine Coast Attached Listings

There are 159 current attached listings. This is down from May when there were 165 attached listings. Attached sales this year-to-date ending June 30, 2015: 87 sales; in 2014: 58 sales; in 2013: 45 sales and in 2012: 49 sales. With the current sales pace this represents a 11 month supply of listings. Attached listing represents strata unit apartments, condos and townhouses. Attached property sales are up over the previous years. Sunshine Coast Land listingThere are 437 bare land listings. This is up from May with 399  listings. Land sales year-to-date ending June 30, 2015:  72 sales; in 2014: 26 sales; in 2013: 26 sales, and in 2012: 34 sales. With the current sales pace this represents a 36 month supply.
